Not long after Nigerian singer, Chike, took to his Twitter page to condemn the culture of Igbos in different parts of the country, travelling to the East for Christmas, quite a number of Nigerians have lambasted him for his comment.

The “if you no love me” hitmaker was lambasted by members of the Igbo clan for his ‘insensitive’ comment.
Moments afterwards, Chike deleted the tweet and publicly apologized for his action. He revealed that he lost two friends who were returning from the east in an accident this morning, and his tweet was borne from a place of grief.
